Specially tailored to the activities of a law firm, YouWinLaw is designed to help law offices organize and manage their practice, cases, and clients more efficiently. Especially the menu tabs reflects the different tasks in a law office and have the same design as Microsoft Word.
This tab (menu) provides access to all commands and functions relating to Clients / Cases / Files / Matters.
The Clients / Cases are organized in an Explorer view (tree structure). The number of levels (hierarchy) is unlimited!
You can easily drag & drop Cases / Matters around in the Project Explorer.
Just enter addresses once and use them as Client / Matter related addresses, as links in the Client Relation Manager, for documents, and mailings.
Personal or Company entries with several Contact Persons and Locations are supported.
The integrated search for duplicates shows right away if the contact / address does exist.

The Quick-Add button gives you an easy, direct access
to add new entries.
Here you enter your work and expenses as continuous text, just as you would if you were writing it down on paper. By using individual shortcuts that register several entries in a single step, AutoCorrect, you will gain precious time. Of course, the classical way of entering Fees and Expenses is also available.
YouWinLaw uses Microsoft Word document templates, enabling you to draft letters, agreements, and contracts quickly and easily while simultaneously adding your own specific corporate identity.
Of course, you can also create Excel and Powerpoint documents including bookmarks.
There are more bookmarks (on client and contact level) for you to use in the Word templates.
You can also create emails using templates and bookmarks.
And lastly, you can send documents, automatically converting them from docx to PDF.
You have two different views on your appointments, tasks and deadlines, the calendar view showing the classic views including a year view. The task list shows all the entries in a list view.
Alarms show up as pop-up windows.
Here you can generate bills automatically according to your specifications. You can also generate payments and reminders.
The billing module is using Word Templates, i.e. YouWinLaw is creating standard Word documents Invoices.
Your own bookmarks can of course be used here too.
Here you can access different functions independently of a project or address. That is, you may access Find, Reporting, or Program options.
